a field guide
Throughout my creative career, I have documented the way letterforms bring humanity to the built environment.
I grew up near the Sparkle glass cleaner factory. As a kid, the S on the Sparkle sign on the front of the building signalled we were almost home. It felt familiar, like the quiet sighting of a local bird. I credit that S with sparking my love of typography.
